Hi all!
I have only gone mountain biking a few times. The last time I went I flew over my handlebars 2 times in a 5 minute time window when going down hill. Luckily I landed on my feet both hands. I walked down the rest of the way after that. Mad respect for those of you that love to mountain bike!
